Over more than 25 years with NNR Global Logistics, I led U.S. IT operations and contributed to global technology initiatives supporting air freight, ocean freight, customs, and warehousing.
Current focus
Today I am particularly interested in enterprise software modernization and the practical use of AI in application development and operations. I continue to explore how teams can build better software, integrate systems, work more effectively with data, and improve operational decisions.
I also teach data integration and technology skills through online courses and contributed the chapter “Logistics in the Cloud-Powered Workplace” to The Digital Transformation of Logistics: Demystifying Impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, published by Wiley in 2021.
